Lake Las Vegas 2022 Real Estate Market Stats

There are currently 49 properties for sale in the MLS in the Lake Las vegas masterplan.

As of January 1, the Lake Las Vegas masterplan dues are $ 400 per quarter – this is a $ 100 per year increase from last year.

Of the 49 properties for sale, 16 are condos and townhomes ranging from just under $ 400k to over $ 1.3 million for a South Shore Penthouse condo at Mantova.

Del Webb Lake Las Vegas is up and running and often has standing inventory  or just about completed homes for sale.

Richmond American Homes is opening its Marble Mesa community soon. These pre construction homes are sold with a SPORTS CLUB MEMBERSHIP INCLUDED –  a $ 10,000 value.

There are 5 properties currently under contract at Lake Las vegas.  These are all condos and townhomes.
