Live and Play at Lake Las Vegas Resort in Beautiful Henderson NV

Membership at Lake Las Vegas’ Sports Club is open to residents of the masterplan only.  The initiation fee is currently $10,000.  Dues are currently $100 per month for a single person and $125 for a couple.

Purchasers of new homes will convey with Sports Club Membership, but the Builder will absorb the cost of the initiation fee. Buyers of new homes at Lake Las Vegas will still have to pay the monthly membership, should they wish to join.  Del Webb Lake Las Vegas Buyers will also be given access to the Sports Club as long as they pay the monthly dues, up until the time that the Del Webb Lake Las Vegas Clubhouse is ready in 2021.

As far as resales go, if a resale seller has a membership to the Sports Club, that can be transferred to a buyer.  Not all resale owners are members – but there sure is added value to buying a resale in which the owner has the ability to transfer his or her membership.
